Neal started GCE when he was a Junior at Brigham Young University. He received his degree in mechanical engineering, with a minor in business. He worked for
FlightSafety Boeing Training International (FSBTI) as a facilities specialist for two years before GCE became his primary occupational focus. On a personal note, he enjoys the outdoors and is an avid skier.
